General terms & conditions

The following is the contractual document that will govern the contracting of products through the website www.hanan-pacha.com, of the HANAN PACHA trademark owned by Paloma Castro Romero (hereinafter the Provider). Acceptance of this document implies that the Client:

  2. That you are a person with sufficient capacity to contract.
  3. That you assume all the obligations set forth herein.

These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity and will be applicable to all contracts made through the Provider’s website www.hanan-pacha.com.

The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Conditions, without this affecting the purchases made prior to the modification. The contracting of the products of www.hanan-pacha.com implies the full and unreserved acceptance of the provisions of this document, our national shipping policy and to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the Returns Policy, as well as the Privacy Policy of the website, which will also form part of the contract except in those that contradict what is indicated here.

These conditions determine the rights and obligations related to the contracting of the products that the Client buys from the Provider, and will be applicable from the moment the Client formalizes the corresponding operation through the website. The contractual relationship of sale entails the delivery, by the Provider, of the goods acquired by the Client to the previous one, and the obligation of the latter to pay the price and the corresponding expenses, as well as the receipt of the good. The delivery of orders and the right of withdrawal will be adjusted in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. The delivery of the orders will be made at the delivery address freely designated by the Customer. In this way, the Provider does not assume any responsibility for when the delivery of the product or service does not take place as a result of the data provided by the Client being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, assigned for this purpose, as is the absence of the recipient. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Provider must adopt the measures required of a diligent merchant so that the delivery can be made in the agreed time, and if not, as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of the sender as well as the recipient, so it cannot claim any responsibility against the Provider. The delivery of orders over 30 kilos, which is carried out with a free service for the Client, will be carried out with the carrier that HANAN PACHA decides as the most correct depending on the weight and place of delivery. In these cases, it will be the carrier who sets the delivery conditions, taking into account that the term may be longer than that established for standard shipments.



The prices indicated for each product exclude Value Added Tax (VAT) with the exception of orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and in any case they will be expressed in the Euro currency (€). Said prices, unless expressly indicated otherwise, do not include shipping costs, shipping insurance or any other additional services and annexes to the product or service purchased expressly requested by the Customer. The prices applicable to each product will be those published on the website and applied automatically by the contracting process in the last phase of the same. In any case, this will always be previously communicated to the Clients. Any payment made to the Provider will entail the issuance of an invoice in the name of the registered Client. Said invoice will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the Customer, as well as sent along with the product purchased. In any case, the order number that was assigned and indicated in the purchase confirmation email must be indicated in the subject of the message or to the telemarketer.



The user will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it. Unless the return is made due to defects in the product, the expenses related to said return to the Provider will be assumed by the Customer, at his own risk and expense. The Provider will return to the Customer the entire price paid, including the initial shipping costs, except in the case of Urgent Shipments where the difference between the ordinary shipping cost and the express shipping cost will be deducted. In any case, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The right of withdrawal may not apply to products that are personalized products or that for hygiene reasons or other legally contemplated exceptions are not subject to this right. All electric diffusers offered through the website have a warranty period of 2 years, in accordance with the criteria and conditions described in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. The warranty includes manufacturing or production defects, but not those caused by improper use of materials.

HANAN PACHA products are sent to the customer with a minimum preferential consumption of 3 months.

Preferred consumption refers to the recommended deadline for the use of said raw material in the manufacture of other products. Once the raw material has been manipulated and is part of another preparation, the preferred consumption date is modified.

Preferential consumption should never be confused with expiration, since the former always indicates a temporary recommendation for use. After this time, the products may vary their characteristics and properties.

In specific cases and at the customer’s request, HANAN PACHA may study the performance of a re-analysis of the product in a laboratory to extend the best before date.


The characteristics of the gifts sent to HANAN PACHA customers may vary without prior notice, depending on availability and stock.


Large quantity stock is not always guaranteed. Therefore, delivery may take longer than usual for standard shipments. In wholesale, shipping costs are borne by the customer, even if the order exceeds the minimum amount set for free shipping.



These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in that which is not expressly established. The Provider and the Client expressly waive any other jurisdiction, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Córdoba (Spain), except in cases where the regulations on consumption do not allow it.
